Marlex® 9004 high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a robust injection molding grade engineered for rigid industrial packaging applications. It offers a balance of stiffness, impact strength and chemical resistance required for demanding pail and lid performance in industrial environments. Backed by Chevron Phillips Chemical’s decades of polyethylene expertise, Marlex® 9004 PE provides reliable, repeatable performance for converters.

Produced using CPChem’s proprietary MarTECH® loop slurry process, Marlex® HDPE resins are known for consistent quality, efficient processing and dependable part integrity across high-volume manufacturing operations.
