Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning, Technology and Sustainability
Kevin Ristroph serves as senior vice president of corporate planning, technology and sustainability at Chevron Phillips Chemical. In this role, he leads the company's corporate planning and business development, research and technology, and sustainability organizations, helping shape the company's long-term strategy and growth initiatives.
Ristroph joined CPChem at the company's inception and has held a variety of leadership positions across manufacturing, commercial and corporate planning functions. Most recently, he served as vice president of specialties, where he was responsible for the company's specialties business portfolio.
Throughout his career, Ristroph has held positions of increasing responsibility, including petrochemicals general manager, global polymers business manager and global business development manager at CPChem's headquarters in The Woodlands. He also served as international business development manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and plant manager in Singapore, building extensive experience across global operations, commercial leadership and business development.
Ristroph earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA in finance from Tulane University.
