Chevron Phillips Chemical Announces Management Changes

THE WOODLANDS, TX (August 4, 2011) - Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (Chevron Phillips Chemical) is pleased to announce several management changes within its affiliated companies.

Dan Coombs, currently vice president Qatar for Chevron Phillips Chemical and deputy general manager for the Qatari joint venture entities, will become vice president corporate planning and development.

Scott Sharp, currently vice president health, environment, safety and security, will become vice president Qatar for Chevron Phillips Chemical and deputy general manager for the company's Qatari joint venture entities. 

Don Lycette, formerly general manager of specialty chemicals, is now vice president health, environment, safety and security. 

Ron Corn, formerly general manager olefins & NGL, is now vice president olefins & NGL.

Mark Amelunke, formerly general manager of engineering polymers, is now general manager of specialty chemicals.
