Today, we launched CPChem PRIDE, an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group for both members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies. CPChem PRIDE promotes an inclusive culture that enables LGBTQ+ employees to achieve their full potential by feeling confident and safe at work. The group aspires to cultivate a workplace that is aligned with CPChem values and attracts, engages, develops, and retains top talent regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
