- In the Loop is not required reading
Everyone in the Chemisphere does not sit in front of a company computer all day monitoring the intranet for the latest CPChem news, and everyone does not have a company mobile device. So, CPChem is making In the Loop available on personal devices. We hope this will give everyone a convenient way to access useful or interesting information wherever you happen to be during your workday. Making the app available on personal devices does not mean we expect, encourage, or require anyone to access In the Loop during off duty time. We don’t. If you are non-exempt and choose to access In the Loop during your off duty time, you should understand that CPChem does not consider this compensable working time.
