Chevron Phillips Chemical Contributes to Hurricane Relief

In the aftermath of one of the worst disasters to strike the Texas Gulf Coast in recent history, Chevron Phillips Chemical announced today that the company will donate $25,000 to the American Red Cross to aid hurricane recovery.

In an effort to support our community members, the Sweeny/Old Ocean Facilities donated to the United Way of Brazoria County to help people who are struggling to pay for rent and utilities. Chevron Phillips Chemical is one of the many manufacturing facilities that makes up the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council. We are proud to collaborate with United Way of Brazoria County and BCPC to ensure resources are available for our community. #buildingchemunity

Throughout this year, people around the world are adjusting and changing, but one thing that has not changed is CPChem's commitment to doing good in the communities where we live and operate. Employees at our Baytown facility recently made 150 personal hygiene "care bags" at home and donated them to @thebridgeovertroubledwaters while our training superintendent Tarah Schneberger hosted a virtual art class for moms and their kids.
