REACH Registration List

All chemical substances that are manufactured in or imported to the EU in quantities of more than one ton per year must be registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) as per European Regulation 1907/2006/EC. Registrants have to specify all identified uses for which their registration applies and perform an exposure assessment which will cover the whole life cycle of the substance. Only chemical substances registered in this way will be allowed to be used in the EU.

Chevron Phillips Chemical will prepare the exposure scenarios for the identified uses which were collected in-house and from our downstream users prior to 1 December 2009. Chevron Phillips Chemical reserves the right, however, to not register a certain use depending on various factors, including commercial or financial interests.
