Located 12 miles east of Houston, Texas, the Pasadena Plastics Complex has been in operation since 1949. The facility sits on approximately 650 acres of property alongside the Houston Ship Channel and produces a wide variety of high-quality polyethylene resins.

Keeping our community safe

Our dedication to excellence has been recognized by the Texas Chemical Council, which has honored the Pasadena Plastics Complex with multiple awards for community awareness, emergency response, security, pollution prevention and safe operations.

Emergency response

The Pasadena Plastics Complex Emergency Response Team consists of highly trained and dedicated first responders for fire suppression, hazardous materials response and rescue operations. With roughly 60 responders across fire, hazmat, medical and rescue teams, supported by advanced equipment and ongoing training, the team plays a vital role in protecting people, operations and the community.
