TZ High Performance Coatings from Chevron Phillips Chemical Company Specialty Chemicals Division are proprietary, high-build, modified epoxy coatings engineered to provide outstanding protection for many different types of structures in acidic and aqueous corrosive environments. 
Currently being used in many stateside ports as splash zone protection, industrially as pump, concrete base, and wall protection, and in the desert mining industry where acid/corrosion resistance is needed on metal, concrete, and floor areas, TZ High Performance Coatings are setting the standard for long term protection in extreme environments. Our TZ 904 High Performance Coating is a two-part (1:1 mix ratio), 100% solids, zero-VOC coating that can be readily applied via heated plural component sprayer with excellent performance and durability. Its rapid cure time, excellent adhesion, flexibility, and outstanding one-coat film build makes TZ 904 performance coating the right solution for your toughest duty where application via spray coating is recommended. High build dry time is less than 15 minutes! The TZ 707 High Performance Coating is a two-part (1:1 mix ratio) coating with 5% V/V toluene added to allow brush/roller application times to just under 45 minutes at 75O F. The ease of application via brushing and rolling make this coating ideal for small to medium size projects where in-house application is warranted. Hard to reach areas and sites where existing maintenance personnel are available for application, make the TZ 707 brushable/rollable coating most economical. Suggested Uses TZ High Performance Coatings can be utilized in mining applications in and around sulfuric acid liquid and vapors for the protection of all steel and concrete structures. It can be applied as a one or two coat high-build film over new or heavily corroded metal surfaces with standard surface preparation and cleaning.
