Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP introduces our TZ range of high performance coatings, an entirely new breed of proprietary, high-build, modified epoxy coatings engineered to provide outstanding protection for many different types of structures in corrosive and/or abrasive environments.
TZ-904 grade high performance coating is a two-part, 1:1 volume mix ratio, 100% solids, zero-VOC coating that is readily applied via heated plural component airless sprayer with excellent long term performance and durability. Its rapid cure time, excellent adhesion, flexibility, and outstanding one-coat film build (from 40-80 mils DFT) makes TZ-904 performance coating the right solution for your toughest duty where spray application is most suitable. TZ-904 is typically provided in gray color, with custom colors available on request. It is available in 5-gal pails or drum packaging.
The TZ-707 grade high performance coating, built on the same proprietary formulation platform as TZ-904, is also a self-priming two-part modified coating, 1:1 volume mix ratio, but can be applied by brush, roller or trowel. TZ-707 can be applied either in conjunction with a TZ-904 spray application, or as a stand-alone coating product. The ease of application via brush or roller make this coating ideal for small to medium size projects and where in-house application by existing maintenance staff is warranted. TZ-707 is available in half-gallon kits.
