Xtel® XK Series Compounds are high-performance PPS-based alloys developed for injection molding to provide an excellent combination of mechanical and electrical properties along with excellent flow in thin walls, low flash characteristics, and fast cycle times. 


Xtel® XE Series Compounds are high-performance PPS-based alloys developed to provide an excellent combination of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance properties along with higher ductility in both injection molding and extrusion grades.

  Xtel® XK Alloys  
XK2040 and XK2140 40% Glass filled, Very High Flow, Virtually No Flash, V-0
XK2240 and XK2340 40% Glass filled, High Impact Strength, Precision Molding
XK2760BL Glass & mineral filled, excellent mechanical strength, with a unique blend of toughness and rigidity, and low flash characteristics.
  Xtel® XE Alloys  
XE3202NA Extrusion grade - High ductility for wire coatings
XE5300NA Extrusion grade - Excellent mechanical strength, elongation and chemical resistance.
XE3035NA and XE3035BL Injection molding grade - Glass fiber reinforced, high ductility & impact strength with good thermal stability. 
XE5030NA and XE5030BL Injection molding grade - Glass fiber reinforced, high ductility, high flow & high impact strength with good thermal stability. 
XE4050BL Injection molding grade - Glass fiber & mineral reinforced, high ductility & impact strength with good thermal stability.
