 On April 12, 2007 Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP (Chevron Phillips Chemical) rejoined American Chemical Council’s Responsible Care® program for its domestic petrochemical manufacturing facilities, Product Lines, Headquarters, and Research and Technology. Chevron Phillips Chemical’s Operational Excellence System is designed to fulfill the American Chemical Council’s Responsible Care® Management System requirements.
