KRCC is a joint venture company owned by Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (60%) and Daelim Industrial Company (40%) that was formed in February 2000. The plant is located in Yeosu Petrochemical Complex, the largest and newest petrochemical complex on the southern coast of South Korea.

KRCC’s Yeosu Petrochemical Complex produces K-Resin SBC, the number one brand of styrene-butadiene copolymer in the world.
