Chevron Phillips Chemical Ceases Voluntary Filing with Securities and Exchange Commission THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (November 27, 2006) – Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (Chevron Phillips Chemical) announced today that it elected to cease its voluntary practice of filing reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission, effective immediately.
