Rotational Development Program

Training

To encourage continued formal education and increase job effectiveness, Chevron Phillips Chemical offers an educational reimbursement program.  The Company provides an 80% reimbursement for the cost of tuition, textbooks, lab fees, and registration and administration fees for an approved course of study.
