• Flexible Work Schedule – Most of our locations offer a 9/80 flexible work schedules in which employees work 80 hours in nine days, with one day off work every other week.
  
• Vacation – Employees are eligible for two to six weeks of vacation, depending on tenure. 
  
• 10 Paid Holidays a Year
  
• Personal Leave - Examples include birth of a child, adoption, the death or serious illness of an immediate family member, and jury duty.  Employees may also request a leave without pay for situations requiring longer time away from work.
