Application
HE™ Polymer 100 emulsion
The liquid emulsion form of HE™ Polymer 100 is used in the same applications as the powder and is generally more readily soluble in the heavier brines.
HE™ Polymer 300
HE™ Polymer 300 provides stable viscosity in fresh water or heavy brines up to 465F, higher than with HE™Polymer 100. It is more effective than HEC and xanthan gum at temperatures above 270F in all base fluids and polyacrylamide in brines above 200F.
HE™ Polymer 300 emulsion
HE™ Polymer 300 emulsion is the same high perfomance synthetic polymer as HE™ Polymer 300 but in a 32% active emulsion form.
HE™ Polymer 100
This synthetic polymer is for viscosifying heavy brine fluids at elevated temperature and is an excellent friction reducer in coiled tubing workovers. May also be crosslinked to form rigid gels for water shut-off treatments and injection profile control.
