BLACK LOW DENSITY LINEAR POLYETHYLENE MASTERBATCH

This black masterbatch with its low density, linear polyethylene (LDPE) carrier resin has been formulated for geomembrane applications that require:
  • Excellent thermal stability
  • Extended outdoor life
  • Good processability
  • Excellent melt strength
  • Improved texturing performance
  • Clean N550 carbon black
    • Note:  M248 is designed to provide sheet oxidative induction time (OIT) values of over 100 minutes when combined with Marlex K203, HHM TR-305, or HHM TR-400G
    Letdown guidelines:
  • Add M248 to the base geomembrane resin at a 9:1 letdown ratio to achieve a 2.5% carbon black concentration in the sheet.
