General Processing Conditions for: Blow Molding
|
|
|
- Rear Temperature: 350 - 380°F
Middle, Front, and Nozzle Temps: 400 - 425°F Manifold Temperature: 400 - 425°F Parison Temperature: 395 - 410°F
|
- Mold Temperature: 40 - 60°F
Blow Pressure: 80 - 120 psi Pinch Pocket Depth should be 3/4 of parison thickness
