      Molding Guidelines

      General Processing Conditions for:  Blow Molding
    • Rear Temperature: 350 - 380°F
      Middle, Front, and Nozzle Temps: 400 - 425°F
      Manifold Temperature: 400 - 425°F
      Parison Temperature: 395 - 410°F

    • Mold Temperature: 40 - 60°F
      Blow Pressure: 80 - 120 psi
      Pinch Pocket Depth should be 3/4 of parison thickness

      Other Molding Considerations:
    For guidelines regarding other fabrication processes such as injection molding, sheet extrusion, or profile extrusion, please contact your Phillips Sumika technical service representative.
