Houston Chronicle Names Chevron Phillips Chemical a 2015 Top Workplace

The Woodlands, TX (November 9, 2015) – Chevron Phillips Chemical has been awarded a 2015 Top Workplaces honor by the Houston Chronicle.
Of the 269 small, midsize and large companies surveyed, Chevron Phillips Chemical placed 22 in the large employer category, seven spots higher than the rankings from 2014.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.
“We’re honored to be named among the top 25 large companies in Houston,” said Pete Cella, president and CEO of Chevron Phillips Chemical. “Many large corporations call this region home and we’re pleased to be recognized among the leaders. We appreciate the work of our employees who make this possible by facilitating a work environment that is inclusive, productive and fun.”
