Headquarters Visitors

​Thank you for your interest in visiting Chevron Phillips Chemical's Headquarters facility in The Woodlands, Texas. Please pre-arrange the details of your visit with your host prior to your arrival. For your information and convenience, the following information is provided as a courtesy to save you time when you arrive on our campus.

Chevron Phillips Chemical offers on-site parking in a multi-level garage for employees, contractors and visitors. Visitors must push the call button at the entrance gate to the garage to notify security of their arrival. There are no assigned parking spaces. Handicapped parking is marked.

Please adhere to the following rules and obey all signs while driving on Headquarters’ property:
• 9.5 mph speed limit
• Turn on your headlights when entering the parking garage
• No cell phone use while driving
• Firearms and drugs are strictly prohibited
• Yield to pedestrians
• Do not park large or extended vehicles on the ramp or end parking spots

In addition, all cars are subject to random searches. Please be aware the garage ceiling clearance changes from 8 feet 2 inches on the 1st level to 7 feet 2 inches at the entrance to the ramp leading to the second level.

​Signs are posted in the parking garage to direct the flow of traffic.

Visitor parking is available on the first level of the west side of the parking garage. If a space is not available, then you may park in any open space that is not restricted for handicap, car pool or van pool parking. Drivers should not leave their vehicles unattended at any time in front of the building.

​Stairs are located at both the north and south ends of the parking garage. Be sure to hold the handrail at all times when using the stairwells. An elevator is also available and is located in the north east corner of the parking garage.

A designated smoking area is located on the first level of the garage at the south end as smoking is not permitted within the building.

To ensure your safety during your visit, you are required to view a visitor’s safety orientation video.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your visit to ensure adequate time to check in.
