Kate Holzhauser

Vice President, Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHS&S)

Kate Holzhauser is Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHS&S) for Chevron Phillips Chemical.

Holzhauser joined Chevron Phillips Chemical from INEOS Nitriles, where she held the position of Director and Vice President, Operations in its Rolle, Switzerland office.

Throughout her career, she has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including plant management and operational roles, business management, and a variety of technical and engineering roles for companies including Celanese, Amoco, BP and 3M.

Holzhauser graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1982.  She earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston’s executive program in 1999.

Holzhauser is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
