Chaired by management and key employees, TSCs groom high-performing individuals for future opportunities – ensuring we have the right talent needed to continue to grow as a company.

Members of the TSC assess their current organization in terms of workforce needs, expectations, skills, knowledge, and diversity mix. They identify what skill sets are needed to achieve future business objectives, and they develop plans to retain and develop the talent necessary to meet those future needs.
